I understand sometimes stuff comes up and you may need to cancel, but please be mindful that I can’t always fill your appointment last minute, therefore, I lose out. If you no-show or cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time, I keep your deposit. If you cancel before the 48 hours, your deposit can be transferred to rescheduled appointments.
